Receiving Damaged Shipments | Policy 2021

Esteemed colaborator, please be aware of these policies for receiving merchandise from Focal Naim America.

It is the responsibility of the receiver to thoroughly inspect every package upon its arrival and to follow these guidelines at the detection of any damage.

  • In the case of clearly irreparable damage, refuse the delivery and inform support@focal-naim.com immediately.

  • In all other cases:

    1. Photograph the damages to the packaging.

    2. Inspect its contents and photograph any damage to the product.

    3. Ensure that the transporter acknowledges and documents the damages.

    4. Contact ticket@focal-naim.com within five working days to provide photos and explain the situation.

Signing to accept delivery and failing to comply with these guidelines equates to an acknowledgement that the package was received in satisfactory condition and absolves Focal Naim America of all liability for damages incurred in transit from its warehouse.
